Yesterday, Alex had an eye dr. appt. with a specialist down in Provo. His glasses haven't been helping get his eyes stronger so he got sent down to Dr. Abrams. He was a funny guy in a bow tie and cowboy boots but definitely knew what he was talking about. Alex got his eyes dilated and got a new prescription so we need to go get his new glasses. He thought that Alex's issue is with his retna. It doesn't look like it developed all the way during his 1st year of life. Dr. Abrams called this morning and our dr. up here is going to start doing testing. They asked about family history and many of my siblings have had eye issues. So Chad and Sean, I may need you to help be a case study to see if we have some genetic stuff going on here.
Afterwards we stopped at Thanksgiving Point to see the dinosaurs at the Museum of Ancient Life. We love Thanksgiving Point but it is so far away we hardly go. Our favorite part of this museum are the hands-on areas. The huge sand/water table or erosion table is a blast for the kids. I am going to suggest to Eccles Dinosaur Park to get one. And we love digging for dino bones. Fun, fun, fun! Plus it was nice Brad kept Kate at home so the kids could take their time.

Kristi, Let me know. I have always wondered if it runs in the male genes. Who knows! Addie sees fine, but Connor will have to wait and see.
