Since we had an entire week off for Spring Break this year, we decided to take a road trip to California to go to Disneyland and the beach. Brad and I were not anticipating the drive with 3 little ones but they actually did really well. We stayed in St. George on the way down and back which helped break it up. The kids loved it. We stayed at the Candy Cane Inn which I would totally recommend. It is on the same block as the park, has a heated pool and we had breakfast delivered to our room each morning. It was convenient to say the least. The first day we headed straight for the Jedi Training. 2 years ago when we went to Disney world, Alex didn't get picked out of the crowd to join in on the training and was very bummed, so I read up on how you can possibly be picked. He wore his star wars shirt and we made a sign for him to hold up and he was the 2nd to get picked. Seriously, they choose like 20 kids out of the hundred that are there. So we were excited for him and he had a fun time fighting Darth Vador.
