I was in charge of girls night out in November and my mom graciously accepted the challenge to teach us how to make her delicious apple pie. It was a little comical and messy, but fun and yummy. It sparked my pie making skills and I made 3 pies for Thanksgiving...blueberry (Brad's favorite), pumpkin, and chocolate cream. My friend Cynthia makes each member of her family their own pie of choice and they can eat their pie all day long on Thanksgiving...how fun.
