Alex had to come up with something to show and teach his class about. One night we were making our favorite fast cookies, pumpkin chocolate cookies, and he said I want to teach my class how to make these. Great. So we whipped up a batch to share and then he whipped up the dough in front of his class. One more project done.
Easy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

24 -36 cookies
Ingredients
- • 1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
- • 1 (18 ounce) box spice cake mix
- • 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips
Directions
1. Wash your hands and have your mom pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix together pumpkin and spice cake until well blended.
3. Add chocolate chips to mix.
4. Drop cookies on greased baking sheet.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
