On Alex's birthday, August 29th, he turned the big 7. It blows me away to think next year he will be turning 8 years old and getting baptized. Time flies doesn't it. For his special day, mom stopped by his class to hand out his birthday treat and watch Mrs. Goede spotlight him. He was beaming. After school he actually went to another friends birthday party. Kind of funny to go to someone else's party on your birthday. Then later that night we went to Fat Cats for pizza, bowling and video games. His favorite present was a DS. He loves it.
